Dr Viascy and staff were very helpful in getting me treated quickly in the emergency room .I love this hospital for that same reason! I've had my kids here as well and the maternity ward is exceptional, I love the nurses and their attention to detail. All my regular doctors are in this hospital as well and they are also exceptional. I highly recommend everyone to come here you definitely can count on this hospital:)

Went through Emergency from a Fall at my home. My Head and Knees hit the cement floor extremely hard resulting in a knot in the front of my forehead about the size of a medium avocado. Upon arrival they immediately started assessment and said a CT scan was absolutely necessary. X-rays were also taken of my left leg & knee. The ER Doctor Vishay and their entire Staff were avery attentive to my medical needs quickly. The CT Technician and X-ray department were wonderful as well. I am a 71 year old female and was taken care of professionally and without hesitation. My overall time there was 2-1/2 to 3 hours total. Yes, I will come back to them again in the future. Well Done..White Rock Medical Center at Dallas, Texas for taking Great Care of Me!

My Aunt Bonnie has been in the ICU here for several days. Every nurse and every doctor has been amazing and kind to us and to my Aunt during this challenging time. I never even knew this hospital was here! There aren’t any amenities or anything inside, and it’s small, but we just wanted to post something to say thank you. You guys have been wonderful. Kudos and raises for all of Aunt Bonnie’s nurses and care team! 👏❤️

I went into the ER and was well taken care of. The front desk staff were very nice and got everything done in a timely manner. I was nervous after seeing the tiktok video that went viral BUT after my visit you can definitely tell that was an isolated incident with just one bad employee. The couple that I dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable.

I’ve never been to an ER where everyone was on one accord. Everyone was so kind and gentle. From the time I walked in to register to the time I left. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, you could tell they loved what they do.Nurse Gi-Gi was the best 🙂 …

Miss Beverly, seen me Monday with the most helpful staff. All the way from the ER to the rooms, wonderful Friday staff! Dr. Vaicys helped with my follow-up. Which he gave me great tips on how to keep my hand clean! Same staff as Monday - Wednesday & just as helpful. They are attentive & quick. My visit wasn’t dragged out, Thanks White Rock!

Nurse Rowan was hands down one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. Not only did she do her job she went above and beyond to comfort me during my time in the ER. It’s rare and I truly appreciated her and the rest of the staff as well. But she stood out. Having empathy goes a long way. Thank you so much Nurse Rowan..

Great staff ! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous about the reviews going into my surgery , but the staff was very welcoming and eased any concerns I had. The surgical team was quick and efficient. Nurse Kathy, Brianna , and Yasmin had amazing bedside care. I was checked on at least twice an hour & offered various food/drinks. Very accommodating hospital and exceptional communication. Not sure what the other bad reviews are about , but I couldn’t find any faults with City at White Rock. Thanks !
